Yoga is a practice of balancing your mind, body and soul and enhances strength, endurance, flexibility as well as concentration. This yoga practice is a well-balanced blend of active yoga poses to shift and brighten the energy, followed by restful deep stretches and guided relaxation. We create a space where you’re encouraged to bring more awareness into your body. After the yoga class you will feel refreshed, lighter and relaxed.Please note:For hygienic reasons, we ask you to bring your own mat (yoga mat or similar) to the course. In the course room H-4032 some mats are available free of charge.
